My story

A small bowl, a slow morning.

matcha haús started in my own kitchen — a bamboo chasen, a small bowl, and a tin of tea I brought back from a trip to Kyoto.

What began as a weekend ritual became a quiet obsession: sourcing better leaf, learning the proper whisk, understanding why temperature, water, and time matter so much.

Today I bring that same intention to every event I pour for in Dallas–Fort Worth. matcha haús is a one-woman pop-up — every cup is whisked by me, by hand, the way it's meant to be made.

Single origin

Every leaf comes from one farm. I know the family, the field, and the harvest date.

Stone milled

Slow granite mills preserve the chlorophyll, aroma, and the bright spring green color.

Hand whisked

No machines. Each bowl is prepared by hand using traditional method.
